Booking amount
An amount equal to the total demanded amount (less booking amount) for the particular unit within the period of 30 days from the date of booking.
Balance amount will be paid as per construction linked instalments payment plan* or as demanded by the builder or as per agreement to sell.

Note:

2.	Terms & conditions in the Application Form, Booking Order and Allotment Letter are part of the Agreement to Sell & will be final and binding on all the parties.
3.	EDC, IDC, Stamp Duty / Registration Charges & any other Statutory Levies etc. as applicable by Govt. of Haryana shall be charged extra.
