Ques 1: Why Dharuhera??
Ans 1:

Dharuhera is a census town in Rewari district in the state of Haryana, India. Dharuhera comes under Delhi NCR region and lies on National Highway No. 8 (NH-8) a.k.a. Delhi-Jaipur national highway about 70 km from Delhi and just 35 kms from Gurgaon.  Geographically it is located at 28°13′N 76°47′E and has an average elevation of 244 metres (800 feet).

Dharuhera is only 25 minutes drive from Gurgaon and 40 minutes from Delhi International Airport. Ques 10: Is the title of the property clear?
Ans 10: Absolutely. We have already obtained LICENSE from DTCP Haryana.
